All correctly returned products purchased through JoesJeans.com will be refunded to the purchaser's original form of payment, and will exclude any shipping costs, including the $7 return fee for using the return label provided. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the continental United States, shipping fees, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
